This has happened two different times driving to work in Farmington on 84 W . I started to hear a loud noise under my car. Yikes!! My only hope was I make it to works parking lot without the bottom falling out. The first time it was the heat shield so I was able to drive right over and they fixed it. The second time not so lucky. The exhaust pipe fell down in works parking lot. I called around 7am and was able to be towed to them before 8am. I needed a new exhaust system it was ordered installed they picked me up and I was able to drive home that same day. Excellent job. Thank you Farmington Motor so much.

Today driving to work from Wallingford Connecticut to Farmington Connecticut. My vehicle broke down passenger side. Axle broke Farmington motorsports towing operator excellent service very professional awesome attitude. Very careful with an antique car without doing any other further damage. Will keep on using your services if needed even very respectful when the driver got to my location to deliver my car at home to my family that is at home excellent driving very difficult backing up in driveway. He did a perfect.

Brought my car in for a 40k service appointment and Farmington Motor Sports did a very good job with one minor hitch. Had a slight oil leak after the oil change but one call to them and a quick trip back resolved the issue promptly. Excellent customer service. This is a one off and doesnt change my 5 star rating at all. I dont trust anyone else but them to service my cars.

Just had my 2018 VW Jette oil change and tire rotation performed. Always an excellent job. Even though I can do this myself, I find it more convenient and the costs quite comparable? One of the few places I can trust.

An outstanding experience and repair. Their service was courteous, honest, and they kept me informed of its progress as well as providing an inspection which identified an unknown problem that could have been disastrous in the future. They replaced the struts and shock absorbers in my vehicle using original parts and ensured proper performance by being very thorough. Strut replacement are expensive but having it done by a service facility that thoroughly replaces all necessary parts and does the repair very well ensures that the repair is correct. The ride on my vehicle is very comfortable and I feel very assured that Farmington Motor Sports did a fantastically outstanding repair that is experienced every time that I use my vehicle. Honest, direct service personnel that keep you informed about the status and/or need for repair, an extremely trustworthy auto service facility.

I cant say enough about how good the service and the people are at Farmington Motor Sports. Marty and his team were responsive, timely and reasonable. When a part needed to complete the service was delayed, they offered me a loaner car and recommended a nice place for lunch. When the repair was completed, they road tested my vehicle and double checked everything to insure that every fastener was tightened to specifications. They deserve the highest rating for their expertise and for keeping me informed about every step of the repair.
