Very professional and responsive. Even after hours they responded within half an hour for the service on our car batteries.

Today, Farmington Motor Sports moved our hovercraft (after repairing the trailer), and 1942 Chevrolet radio truck to the 'dream ride' display area at the Farmington polo ground...........and thus became the "official" tow service of the Connecticut State Police Alumni museum. We can't compliment them enough for their professional and courteous service and now, as a result,look forward to a long relationship with their business. These guys are always there when you need them. Very professional business and hard working. They quickly towed my car even and let me know what was wrong with it, even on a holiday weekend! Marty and his team of technicians are top notch! They were able to diagnose and repair a problem on my Mercedes that another shop failed to do accurately. Marty went above and beyond to work with me on the repair and even after the authorization to make the needed repairs, continued to advocate for me with regards to part warranties. No doubt this is my new preferred repair facility. I am grateful for their professionalism and knowledge.

This place is the best! Knowledgeable techs, great people both at front desk and behind the scenes. Take my everyday driver, and my '70s Dodge here, they can fix both. Some garages see the older car and if they can't " hook it up" to diagnostic machine they can't service it. These folks can . Honest and dependable. Tow operators also, very skilled at what can be a dangerous job. Give them a call today!

Have followed these folks from their 3 different locations here in town over the past 20-plus years, they checked out and fixed my kid's first cars, told me what was good, what was bad and cared about it. I trust them and have done so for the past 25 years.

My experience with Farmington Motor Sports is that they have been very helpful, whether in performing a tow, or repairs on my vehicle. They worked in a timely manner and charged what I considered to be a fair price. I'm glad they are in my community / nearby, and grateful for the services they have provided.

I dropped my driveshaft and coasted to the side of I-84 East north east of exit 67. My Road service called F M S and arranged a tow by them. Pat came to the rescue and properly hooked up the 18 ton, 40 foot RV then lifted it a little so he could see if the driveshaft did any damage. It did! There was an air line cut which he knew would not allow the RV parking brake to release, so he replaced it, and found that part of the drive shaft wedged between the floor and rear suspension, he removed it, and promptly towed the RV to a repair garage that the road service people arranged. I almost the rain and cold was a constant problem but he was able to ignore it. But I could not! It pays to have good equipment and great, knowledgeable, courteous people.

I was so pleased with the customer service from Farmington Motors they went out their way to stay late just to make sure I was able to pick my car up due to traffic I wouldn’t have made it in time I appreciated that sooo much very friendly and helpful people thanks again you guys are awesome!!!
